What is burnout?
Burnout describes a state of severe exhaustion with reduced physical and mental performance, triggered by chronic stress factors that can no longer be managed.

• Behavioral symptoms (e.g. social withdrawal, reduced activity, use of addictive substances)

• Physical symptoms (e.g. fatigue, sleep disorders, headaches, dizziness, gastrointestinal complaints)
