I am an experienced psychotherapist. I work passionately and patiently, giving my best<\/span>\u00a0to help my patients in achieving their goals<\/span> and improving their well-being<\/span>.<\/p>\n

My main aim<\/span> is to help you build your life according to your needs<\/span> and live it totally aware<\/span> of all its ups and downs.<\/p>\n

Born and raised in Basel, I am now working and living in Zurich since 2001, where I finished my studies in psychology at the University of Zurich<\/a> and did my master studies in therapy at the Klaus Grawe Institute<\/a>.<\/p>\n

My work is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy <\/a><\/span>and is supplemented by the integrated concept by Prof. Dr. Klaus Grawe<\/span>, which provides empirically oriented psychotherapy.<\/p>\n

For every patient I design an individual therapy offer<\/span> according to his needs and expectations. This will be our therapy plan which structures\u00a0<\/span>our schedule.
My approach is resource-oriented<\/span> while I support you in obtaining clarification<\/span> about the structure of your problems and improving your coping<\/span> mechanisms to deal with the challenges in your life.
I try my best to offer you new perspectives<\/span> and to find new possible solutions for your concerns.<\/p>\n

My experiences<\/span>:<\/em><\/p>\n

I have been working as a therapist in outpatient care since 2009, therefore I am very experienced in treating all kinds of mental problems (see\u00a0offer<\/a>) as well as low self-esteem<\/a>, lack of motivation<\/a> during studies or at work<\/a> and relationship conflicts<\/a>.<\/p>\n
